Scope of responsibilities:-
- Key support person for payroll administration processing to exclusively deliver payroll solutions to clients
- Preparing payroll payments, benefits, taxes, deductions, calculating overtime, shift payments, bonuses and others together with supervisor
- Maintaining employee records and payroll data system to be always up- to-date
- Troubleshooting day- to-day payroll inquiry to support clients under supervisor’s guidance
- Other payroll admin related project and adhoc task as assigned.
We are looking for someone who’s:-
- Hand on experience in using payroll software, such as Genius or Business Plus etc…
- Attention to details &be able to manage work schedule effectively
- “Can do” Attitude
- Passion to learn new things & keep improving yourself
- Do not believe in magic or luck to get things done. But believe in preparation & hard working
- Enjoy working together with team & communicate well with people
- Naturally being an active person & understand sense of emergency
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR or any related field
- More than 1 year direct experience with payroll administration process, management & reporting
